What happens during a home visit?
We feed your pets, refresh their water and let them out, following the routine you share with us.
How long does each visit last?
A normal visit lasts around 30 minutes. We’ll agree timings and the tasks your pet needs before booking.
Can you look after more than one pet?
Tell us about each pet and the care they need so we can discuss the arrangements with you.
How will you get into my home?
We’ll arrange access directly with you before the first visit. Please do not include keysafe codes in the enquiry form.
Can you give routine medication?
Routine medication can be considered by prior agreement, with clear written instructions and medication in its original labelled packaging. We’ll confirm that we can safely meet your pet’s needs before accepting the booking. Injections and specialist treatments are not included unless separately agreed with an appropriately trained carer.
How many times a day can you visit?
We can visit once or twice a day. Tell us your preferred routine and dates so we can agree a schedule.
Where is the service available?
Gainsborough, Lea, Morton, Corringham, Blyton and Scotter. Not sure if we cover you? Send your postcode and we’ll check availability.
How much does it cost?
One visit per day is £15. Two visits per day are £25 in total. Each visit lasts around 30 minutes, with timings and care tasks agreed before booking.
What should I prepare?
Leave enough food and clear feeding instructions, and tell us about your pets’ routines and how to let them out safely.
How do I arrange visits?
Use the form below with your dates, postcode and whether you would like one or two visits each day.
How are keys and access codes handled?
We agree key collection or keysafe access before your first visit. Keys are stored securely without your address attached, and access codes are kept confidential. After your booking, we arrange key return or keep a key only with your permission for future visits. Doors and gates are secured after each visit. Please do not send access codes through the enquiry form.
What if my pet seems unwell or something is wrong?
If your pet seems unwell or something is wrong at the property, we’ll contact you or your nominated emergency contact promptly. For urgent animal welfare concerns, we’ll contact your vet or an emergency vet and follow their advice under the emergency arrangements agreed with you. We’ll collect your vet’s details and emergency authorisation before visits begin.
Are drop-in visits suitable while I’m on holiday?
It depends on your pet and their needs. These are short visits, not overnight or continuous care. Dogs need suitable company, exercise and toilet access between visits; we’ll discuss your plans and whether additional care is needed before booking.
